Pram Power Hour is a short, outdoor exercise session for mamas with babies in prams.
Why?
Shed your pregnancy weight, have fun in the elements with your baby and meet other moms.

How much?
Monthly fee of R410 for once a week, R780 a month for twice a week or R1100 a month for 3 times a week
Me A Mama Pilates is a mind and body method of exercise.
Why?
Strengthen and build important muscle groups for pregnancy and labour as well as giving your body the right foundation to build on after your baby is born.
Where?
Claremont and Wynberg
How much?
Monthly fee of R350 for 1 session a week, R600 a month for 2 sessions a week or R840 a month for 3 sessions a week
Stay-at-home-Tone
Why?
Our personal trainers will come to your home with a tailor-made exercise class to target the muscles you want to work on. Get fit on your own, as a couple or with a friend.
How much?
R220 per person per hour
All levels of fitness are welcome, as long as you've been cleared for exercise by your GP.
Collectively our instructors, Andrea, Robyn and Shelley share the qualities of the experienced mom, the baby whisperer and the motivational personal trainer. Besides this they also take on the role of the good friend who helps you go that extra mile.
